ABSTRACT:
A connector2includes a connector housing3, terminal metal fittings and a packing1. The connector housing3which accommodates the terminal metal fittings is coupled with a complementary connector housing. The packing1keeps watertight the boundary between the connector housing3which is an article and supplementary connector housing6which is another article. The packing1includes a ring-shaped packing body13, outer and inner protruding pieces14and15; which protrude from the outer and inner edges of the packing body13, respectively, holes16and securing pieces17. The thickness of the packing body13is larger than the width thereof. Protruding pins11of the connector housing3are inserted in the holes16, respectively. The securing pieces17are secured in receiving holes of the connector housing3.
