ABSTRACT:
p-Aminophenols are provided having the structure ##STR1## wherein m is 0, 1 or 2; n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 may be the same or different and are H, hydroxy or alkoxy; R.sup.3 is H, lower alkyl, alkanoyl or aroyl and R.sup.4 is H, lower alkyl or alkanoyl, and including acid-addition salts thereof.
These compounds are useful as inhibitors of leukotriene production and as such are useful as antiallergy, anti-inflammatory and anti-psoriatic agents.
