Disclosed are polyfunctional oxazolidine-terminated polyesters of the general formula: ##STR1## WHEREIN Z" is the residue of a polyester having a plurality of terminal ##STR2## groups, the polyester being the condensation product of organic acids and alcohols of the formulae ##STR3## AND R.sup.4 (OH).sub.p, in which o is 2 or 3 and p is 2 to 4, each of o and p preferably being 2;
