ABSTRACT:
A platform12is supported by four belts22to25. Of the belts22to25, a pair of belts24, 25is attached to a pivoting arm26so that the pivoting arm26is pivotable around a pivoting shaft28. Pivoting of the pivoting arm26absorbs, for example, the difference in length between the belts24, 25. The present invention makes it possible to simplify an elevate and lower driving mechanism of the platform12and to easily adjust the lengths of the belts22to25. The present invention also makes it possible to prevent vibration during elevation or lowering and to allow the belts22to25to stand long use.
