ABSTRACT:
An outerwear garment including a pair of pants or trousers having a waist section, a seat section, and leg section; a pair of storage compartments in the seat section of the pants; a cushion stored in one of the storage compartments in the seat section of the pants; and a rainjacket attached to the other of the storage compartments in the seat section of the pants and being normally stored therein but which can be readily removed therefrom by a person and donned by such person at his option.
