A new and distinct cultivar ofOsteospermumplant named ‘Duetirevel’, characterized by its compact, upright and mounded plant habit; freely branching growth habit; early and freely flowering habit; and daisy-type inflorescences with elongated oblong-shaped ray florets that are dark red purple in color.
