ABSTRACT:
An orthopedic device comprising a plastic sheet member having one side covered with a thin protective layer which is substantially thinner than said plastic sheet member and the other side covered with an insulating layer, e.g., fabric or foam. The plastic sheet member has a tensile strength of at least 2,000 psi. The orthopedic device is formable at temperatures above about 120.degree. F.
