ABSTRACT:
The new varietyPennisetum‘Tift 8’ is provided. The new and distinct variety has high ornamental value; cold tolerance for short periods of time; and relatively long trichomes on the sheath and at the leaf blade edge at the collar. The asexually reproduced variety is reliably propagated vegetatively.
