ABSTRACT:
Film-forming biocidal polymers useful in marine antifouling compositions selected from copolymers of ##STR1## and vinyl acetate, acrylic acid and acrylamide, copolymers having the structure: AND A GRAFT BLEND POLYMER OF ##STR2## and PVC in which polymer structures X is H or CH.sub.3, X' is H or CH.sub.3, Y is H, --COOSn(Bu).sub.3 or --COOSn(Pr).sub.3 and Z is --COOMe.
