ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to novel organosilyl and organosiloxanyl derivatives of glycerin ethers of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R represents --OH or the --OCH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH--(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 group or the --(R.sup.5).sub.a --R.sup.6 group or the --OCH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH--(CH.sub.2).sub.5 --R.sub.4 group.
