ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to an organosiloxane compound suitable for the modification of silicone rubbers and synthetic resins, an organosiloxane compound useful as its intermediate, and a process for preparing them. The organosiloxane compound of the present invention can be represented by the general formula (IV) ##STR1## wherein j is an integer of 1 to 2000, R is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R.sup.1 is a pentafluorophenyl group or a straight-chain or a branched fluoroalkyl group represented by the formula (III)
