ABSTRACT:
Organophosphorus compounds useful as anticonvulsant agents having the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R is alkyl, X is O or S, Y is O or S, n is an integer from 0 to 1, R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are selected from the group consisting of NH.sub.2 and ##STR2## wherein R.sub.4 is alkyl, with the proviso that only one of R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 can be NH.sub.2 or ##STR3## with the proviso that when n is 1, R.sub.1 or R.sub.2 or R.sub.3 is ##STR4## and with the further proviso that R is alkyl other than ethyl when R.sub.2 is --NH.sub.2.
