This invention is generally directed to electrostatographic carrier compositions comprised of a core, containing from about 0.004 weight percent to about 10 weight percent of a polymerized organoalkyoxysilane coating, wherein the monomers to be polymerized are selected from the group consisting of organoalkoxysilane monomers of the following formulas:
