ABSTRACT:
New organic (thio) phosphoric acid ester compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, cyclohexyl, or phenyl,
R.sup.2 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl,
R.sup.3 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl,
R.sup.4 is cyclohexyl or phenyl,
X is oxygen or sulfur, and
Y is oxygen or sulfur
Have been found to exhibit excellent herbicidal, particularly selective herbicidal activity.
