ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to biologically active molecules, interacting with thrombin and inhibiting the same. The invention particularly relates to molecules of general formula:Y1—(NH—X1—C═O)—(NH—X2—C═C)—(NH—X3—C═O)NH—X4—C═O)—(NH—X5—C═O)—(NH—X6—C═O)—Y2, in which Y1, Y2, and X1-6have the meanings given in the description, N or C-terminal shortened variants of said compounds and the use thereof for the production of medicaments.
