ABSTRACT:
Disclosed are optically active secondary amine compounds and salts thereof having the general formula (I): ##STR1## a process for the preparation of the optically active secondary amine compounds and salts thereof, and the use of such compounds. Such compounds exhibit a high resolution power and hence are useful agents for optical resolution.
