ABSTRACT:
Novel optically-active (S)- 1-aryloxy-2,3-epoxy-propane derivatives, a process for their manufacture, various intermediates used in the preparation thereof, and a process for using them for the manufacture of optically-active (S)-1-aryloxy-3-amino-2-propanol derivatives useful as .beta.-adrenergic blocking agents.
