A voltage is applied on a first branch3aby a first ground electrode10and a signal electrode11,and a voltage is applied on a second branch3bby a second ground electrode12A and the signal electrode11.A first gap13is formed between the first ground electrode10and the signal electrode11, and a second gap14is formed between the second ground electrode12A and the signal electrode11.The first gap13and the second gap14are divided into voltage applying portions13a, 14a,feed-through portions and connection portions13b,14btherebetween, respectively, and satisfy the formula: G12/G11≦G22/G21<G32/G31. G11represents a width of the first gap13at the connection portion13b,G12represents a width of the second gap14at the connection portion14b,G21represents a width of the first gap13at an end13con the connection portion side, G22represents a width of the second gap14at an end14con the connection portion side14c,G31represents a width of the first gap13at the voltage applying portion13a,and G32represents a width of the second gap14at the voltage applying portion14a.
