ABSTRACT:
In an optical disc in which an information signal is recorded/reproduced by irradiating a laser beam to a disc substrate1in which an information signal portion1chas been provided on one principal plane from the side where the information signal portion1cexists, a clamp reference surface3ais set to the information signal portion1cside of a replica substrate1aconstructing the optical disc. The clamp reference surface3ais set to a flat surface and a thickness of the replica substrate1ain a clamping area3is set to be larger than that of the convex-shaped replica substrate1ain an information recording area4. The replica substrate1ain which a periphery of a center hole1bis thicker than the information recording area4is used.
