ABSTRACT:
Recording layer12is formed on substrate11, ultraviolet-curing resin layer13is formed on recording layer12, and light-transmissible layer15is attached to the ultraviolet-curing resin layer13through adhesive layer14. It is preferable that the hardness of the ultraviolet-curing resin13is equal to HB or more, and the film thickness thereof is set to a value in the range from 2 μm to 40 μm. The total thickness of the ultraviolet-curing resin layer13, the adhesive layer14and the light-transmissible layer15is set to a value in the range from 20 μm to 150 μm.
