ABSTRACT:
According to an optical fiber splicing technique in which optical fibers F11and F12respectively connected to optical members3and4of an optical member unit are connected by fusion splicing, the plurality of optical fibers F11and F12and a looped turn-around fiber F21are positioned facing each other and connected by fusion splicing, to connect the plurality of optical fibers F11and F12with each other.
