ABSTRACT:
An optical disk substrate and a light guide plate which are formed from a resin composition comprising 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of compound represented by the following formula (I):based on 100 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin. There can be provided an optical disk substrate formed from the resin composition of the present invention, particularly an optical disk substrate which allows the shape of a stamper to be transferred thereon with high precision and hardly undergoes warpage caused by environmental changes as a high density recording medium, and a light guide plate which has little uneven brightness and hardly undergoes warpage.
