A U-shaped shackle-like member has a first end pivotably connected to the ridge and a pushing end is defined in a second end of the U-shaped shackle-like member. The cover has a block extending from a top of the cover and the pushing end pushes the block to pivot the cover away from the base when lowering the second end of the shackle-like member.
