ABSTRACT:
A process for purifying an aqueous solution of NaOH by removing suspended NaCl and Na.sub.2 SO.sub.4 impurities therefrom comprising bubbling a gas into the impurity-containing NaOH solution at a temperature above 16.degree. C. and up to about 36.degree. C.
