ABSTRACT:
There is disclosed a one-shot process for the manufacture of a filled detergent hydrophilic flexible polyurethane foam from a clay filler, an alkylaryl sulfonate detergent, a normally liquid polyether polyol, tolylene diisocyanate and water as a blowing agent.
