ABSTRACT:
A fuze has a firing pin slidably mounted in a frame. A detonator mounted in he frame is operable to slide into alignment with the pin. An impact sensor can engage and restrain the pin. This sensor is pivotally mounted in the frame and is operable to disengage the pin in response to deceleration of the frame in excess of a predetermined magnitude.
