ABSTRACT:
Novel [4'-(3"-indolyl)-piperidino]-alkyl-arylketones of the formula ##SPC1##
Wherein R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkoxy of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are individually selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, n is 2 or 3 and X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine and bromine and their non-toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts having central nervous system depressant activity.
