ABSTRACT:
The activity of olefin isomerization catalysts such as RuCl.sub.2 (Ph.sub.3 P).sub.3 may be substantially enhanced in the presence of compounds which are readily decarbonylated by RuCl.sub.2 (Ph.sub. 3 P).sub.3 to form carbonyl derivatives of said catalysts.
