ABSTRACT:
An oil lubricant for cold plastic processing of metallic material obtained by compounding either one or both types of polymers of 2-ethyl polyacrylate-hexyl ester and polymethacrylic acid lauryl ester with one or two types of oiliness improvers selected from the group consisting of refined lard, oleic acid, phosphate, hindered ester, isostearic acid, and C.sub.18 saturated higher alcohol and which are liquid at room temperature and which are compatible with the polymers. The oiliness improver is compounded as a thinning oil at a specified composition ratio.
