ABSTRACT:
A remotely controlled oil drain valve assembly is provided. The assembly comprises a valve body which is threadably connected to the crankcase of an internal combustion engine. A valve core is slideably mounted within the valve body. Ports in the valve body and valve core, when in alignment, permit the flow of oil from the crankcase through a passageway in the valve core. The ports are brought in alignment by means mounted in the valve body which receive an electric signal from a remote source to cause rotation of the valve core to the proper position.
