A new cultivar ofOenotheraplant named ‘LISHAL’ which is an herbaceous perennial with upright stems arising from a basal rosette or crown, whose foliage is variegated, with cream margins, and whose flowers appear as terminal corymbs and are bright yellow and cup shaped. In combination these traits set ‘LISHAL’ apart from all other existing varieties ofOenotheraknown to the inventor.
