ABSTRACT:
O-(O-ethyl-S-alkylphosphoryl)-O-(carbamoyl)-pyrocatechol derivatives of the formula I ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, R.sup.2 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy, R.sup.3 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, and X is oxygen or sulfur, and methods of combating pests with effective amounts of I.
