ABSTRACT:
This invention is directed to novel compounds having .beta.-adrenergic blocking activity. The compounds are represented by the following structural formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen or methyl, R.sup.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
