ABSTRACT:
As new compounds, O-aryloxyphenoxyacyl-.alpha.-N,N-dialkylaminooximes having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each the same or different and are selected from alkyl groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 can form a ring containing 3 to 5 carbon atoms, R.sub.3 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, phenyl and halogen substituted phenyl groups; and Ar is selected from the group consisting of ##STR2##
