Novel nylon molding materials having high impact strength contain, as an additive, a copolymer of ethylene, a primary or secondary C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 -alkyl acrylate or methacrylate and a monomer possessing a (latent) acid functional group, in particular an ethylene
