ABSTRACT:
The invention provides a nozzle presetter for laser machining tool of laser beam machine for externally making position adjustments of nozzles for laser machining tools mounted on a laser beam machine.A nozzle presetter900has a base910,and a support portion912is mounted on an upper part of the base910to removably support a laser machining tool60.An alternative beam source920is mounted at the center position in an upper part of the support portion912.A target member930is removably mounted on a nozzle mounting member660of the laser machining tool60via mounting means654.The target member930has a photoreceptor940mounted just under a center hole932.The photoreceptor.940senses the quantity of light reaching the photoreceptor through the center hole932of the target member930.The operator changes the axial position of the nozzle mounting member660using four adjustment screws670.When a collected beam passes through the center hole932of the target member930,output voltage of the photoreceptor940rises. When the operator is notified to that effect, he/she completes the adjustment.
