ABSTRACT:
A compound of the formula ##STR1## (wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each H or a fatty-acid residue, and R.sub.3 is ##STR2## and PG is a prostaglandin radical or optical isomer thereof) is found to have a substantially increased duration of effect, compared with the corresponding prostaglandin per se, and also a strong organ specificity.
