ABSTRACT:
The instant invention pertains to a process to produce an electrically conducting, polymeric article by (a) applying a fluid containing a catalytic, electrically conducting polymer with a metal moiety chemically combined therewith to at least a surface portion of a substrate; (b) drying the fluid to form a coating adhering to at least a surface portion of the substrate; and (c) optionally repeating steps (a) and (b) to attain a desired surface loading.
