ABSTRACT:
The present invention deals with the composition, and application of novel alkoxylated amido sulfates, useful as surface active agents. Compounds of this invention have foaming, emulsification, wetting, softening, anti-tangle, and conditioning properties. The compounds of the current invention conform to the following structure; ##STR1## R.sup.1 is alkyl having from 6 to 40 carbon atoms; R.sup.2 is --(CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O).sub.x --(CH.sub.2 --CH--O).sub.y --(CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O).sub.z --;
