ABSTRACT:
A nonaqueous electrolyte has electrolyte salt dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent, wherein the ratio of the nonaqueous solvent having a ring structure is 50 wt % or more in all nonaqueous electrolyte solution components and the nonaqueous solvent includes at least one or more kinds of halogenated solvents expressed by a below-described general formula (1).(Here, at least one of R1and R2designates an alkyl group having the number of carbons of 4 or larger and at least one of them is a halogenated alkyl group).Thus, the decomposition of the halogenated solvent is suppressed.
