ABSTRACT:
A non-overlapping two-phase signal generator includes an oscillator to produce an oscillation signal of period 2t, a NAND (or NOR) gate, and a 2t-long time delay circuit. The output terminal of the oscillator is connected to one input terminal of the NAND (or NOR) gate; the output terminal of the NAND (or NOR) gate is connected to the input terminal of the delay circuit; and the output terminal of the delay circuit is connected to the other input terminal of the NAND (or NOR) gate. Non-overlapping two-phase signals appear at the output terminal of the delay circuit and at the output terminal of the NAND (or NOR) gate.
