ABSTRACT:
Biologically active hypoxic cell radiosensitizers of the formula ##STR1## wherein Z is a C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkylene group which may be substituted by OH; wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are same or different substituted or unsubstituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl groups, or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 taken together with the nitrogen atom form a heterocyclic ring of the formula ##STR2## wherein n=0 or 1, with the condition that when n=0, m=2 or 3 and when n=1, m=1 or 2;
