ABSTRACT:
A nitrogen-containing aromatic compound is represented by Formula (1). A polymer is obtained by polymerizing the compound.wherein X is an atom or a group selected from halogen atoms other than fluorine and —OSO2Rb (wherein Rb is an alkyl group, a fluorine-substituted alkyl group or an aryl group); Y is at least one structure selected from the group consisting of —CO—, —SO2—, —SO—, —CONH—, —COO—, —(CF2)1— (wherein l is an integer of 1 to 10) and —C(CF3)2—; Z is at least one structure selected from the group consisting of a direct bond, —O— and —S—; R20is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group; q is an integer of 1 to 5; and p is an integer of 0 to 4.
