A new and distinct cultivar of New GuineaImpatiensplant named ‘Kiorona’, characterized by its compact, upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; and large dark red-colored flowers that are positioned above and beyond the foliage.
