A new and distinct cultivar of New GuineaImpatiensplant named ‘Ingmulsca’ characterized by its small scarlet flowers, very early flowering and very floriferous, with small foliage, good heat tolerance, nice spreading growth habit with excellent basal branching and good vigor.
