A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named `Kijuan`, characterized by its small and numerous blush pink-colored flowers; compact, upright and outwardly spreading growth habit; freely branching plant habit; and narrow dark green slightly glossy non-variegated leaves.
