ABSTRACT:
A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named `Kicarl`, characterized by its numerous reddish purple-colored flowers; upright and somewhat spreading growth habit; very freely branching, dense and bushy plant haibt; and dark green leaves with dark purple-red lower surfaces.
