A compound, and composition including same, for effecting irreversible change in cell morphology having the following structures: ##STR1## wherein R is --(CH.sub.2).sub.n ZH in which n=1, 2, 3 and 4 and Z is O, S, or NH, and ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 can be --OH, alkyl and acyl.
