ABSTRACT:
A compound represented by the Formula below, and an agent for the remedy of neural damage having the said compound as the active ingredient.[Here, G represents G1 shown belowR4represents, hydrogen atoms and acyl groups, W represents single bonds and alkylenes, m represents 0 or 1, R5and R6represent hydrogen atoms, aliphatic hydrocarbon groups, alicyclic hydrocarbon groups, aromatic hydrocarbon groups and heterocyclic groups, and R7represents hydrogen atoms, acyl groups and alkoxycarbonyl groups. A2represents, single bonds, —O—, —NR3—, and —S(═O)n—, A1and A3represent single bonds, aliphatic hydrocarbon groups, alicyclic hydrocarbon groups, heterocyclic groups and phenylene groups, and A4represents single bonds, carbonyl groups and aliphatic hydrocarbon groups. R1and R2represent hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups, cycloalkyl groups, phenyl groups and heterocyclic groups. The previously mentioned functional groups may be substituted.]
