An improved neurological testing apparatus10for examining a person's neurological system has a body housing12, one or more separate specific taste testing substances20, one or more separate specific smell testing substances30, one or more vision charts40, 42and a light source50. The body housing12includes a front surface12A, a rear surface12B, an upper end14, a bottom end16and an interior chamber18for holding a battery100. The separate specific taste testing substances20are attached to the front or rear surfaces. The separate specific smell testing substances30are attached to either the front or rear surface. The vision charts40, 42lie on one of the front or rear surfaces opposite the smell or taste testing substances20, 30. The light source assembly50is mounted in the body structure12and includes a light50A connected to a battery100via an on/off switch60located in the body12, wherein said light source50is used to analyze pupillary reflex as seen through an eye examination lens4located directly above the light50A and for examining the fundus of the eye (retina).
